Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with the original tags and in its original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for returning the product, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Products sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess and address the issue.

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you receive the correct product is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired product.

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned product and will inform you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank card or financial company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
